If you are not now a member of the Health Physics Society, this is a good
time to submit your application. The first year's dues are only $50. The
application form is in the back of every HPS Directory and can be
photocopied easily. Your friendly sponsor member will be happy to copy it
for you. You can also receive a copy of the application form by e-mail
