Texas Clarification

Since the question has been raised, I am leaving my current 
position because I have accepted a position in private industry, not 
because of any internal blow-up at BRC.

Also, the salary will be no lower than $41K and is very unlikely to 
exceed $50K, no matter what they do to upgrade it.
