Re[2]: Shipping radioactive material
Related question that I'm sure some RADSAFER can answer off the top of
his/her head: What is the specific activity of a typical Fiestaware
piece? I suspect that they are less than 2 nCi/g. IMO, I don't believe
that DOT or the states care much about private citizens or antique
dealers driving around with Fiestaware, lantern mantles, etc. in their
private vehicles!
