For those of you who are interested, the hearings record on the EPA
certification of the WIPP is open until 2/27/98. Comments should be
sent to Docket A-93-02, Air Docket, Room M-1500 (LE-131), USEPA, 401 M
St SW, Washington, DC 20460. The Federal Register that gives EPA's
rule proposing certification, as well as the background information,
is FR v. 62, No. 210, Thursday October 30, 1997 pp.58792 et seq.
