I found the E-Mail Address from following the following URL:

http://www.paramount.com/tvmontel/

In this first web page, there is a link to send a communication, 
regarding the show. Prior to opening up the E-Mail Window, there is 
an Acknowledge Agreement that the mailer does NOT intend to send 
anything with proposed stories, etc. I just mailed a letter to the 
show using the E-Mail window, and, so far it has not bounced. 
Therefore, perhaps for the address to work, one must agree to the 
terms...

Try this method... I have been unable to find any other link to the 
show. This address does go to paramount, so I am confident that it is 
an accurate E-Mail...
