Otto, DOE put out a 10 pound tome as an Environmental Impact
Statement for the shipments.  Much, if not all, of what you
want is discussed in the EIS.  When I get back to the office
I will send you the details and some spent fuel shipment
info.  DOE may have it all on their web site??
