Hi Denny,

Read your logistics problem, and here's my opinion:

Unless you have a provision in your license that allows for "cold" areas
inside a lab with rad postings of any kind, it would probably be wise to
disallow eating/drinking within the vicinity of the rad storage or use.   This
may inconvenience others, but it is hard to do wrong in the eyes of the
NRC when you err on the side of conservatism.   What does everyone
else think?
