Dr. Marcus,

I got your letter, but had trouble reading it because it was in Word for Windows '97 format.  Many people on the list may not have the newest version of Word.  It would be better to save a second version of the file in a more generic format and attach that file to your e-mail so others can see and appreciate your comments about the NRC regulatory process or lack thereof.
