This is a very important topic!  People should attend and comment on the new
regulatory guide being proposed, new dose software, and comment on the new
regulations!   Based on a very limited knowledge of where we are going,  there are
alot of folks who may not want to go!  You snooze! You loose!

Again these are my ramblings and I can claim a lot of ignorance on where we are
going in decommisioning!  KMP@NRC.GOV
