Noble gasses in power plant accident scenarios -Reply

I have gotten a couple of responses that this "type two" accident sounds
like a fuel handling accident.  I guess I am not being clear enough.  The
"type two" accident is supposed to be a particulate release accident.  I
hope this isn't an early indication that there are SERIOUS problems with
our numbers.  Does anyone else have any ideas?
