External dose factors -FGR 11 glitch

They are also available, at least the last time I looked, at

but, at both sites they are available only in an interactive format. I don't
believe you can download the entire documents.

In any event, there is a serious glitch with the data reported in the on line
version of FGR 11  -  every time I've looked up a nuclide that has a meta
stable state, the ground state and the metastable data are mixed up. In
other words, if you ask for the Co-60 data, you get the Co-60m data and
vice versa. The mix up is not immediately obvious because the mix up
only involves the coefficients, not the other data such as half life. Unless
you are very careful, it is possible to have a major screw up.
