If the cleanup to which you refer is at the Stepan Chemical Plant, and
vicinity properties, it's Th, not Ra (gas lantern mantles, etc.). Lodi, I
believe, is Ra, I don't recall the source. Could it have gone all the way
back to dial-painting?
