An apology to my power reactor colleagues

Yesterday I made the following statement, in regards to today's
mismangement in the nuclear power reactor world. My intent was to
point out that these problems do exist, and they have been amplified
by today's management decisions. These are not problems from eons
ago, and are assessed based on today's standards. That was the point.
The last line does say however, there is this "POTENTIAL"
mismanagement. Unfortunately, many have taken the comment to be a
blanket statement against all power reactor facilities. This is not
the case. We all know which sites have problems, and which ones are
extremely well run. So, if any of my colleagues have been offended by
the comment, then I apologize. I did not intend to point at all of
you, categorically.

> One only needs to look at some of today's operations throughout the
> industry to see the same types of nuclear mismanagement. Look at
> your nearest power plant if you want to see "potential
> mismanagement".
