You should check out the Radiation Safety Information Computational Center
at Oak Ridge.  They have literally hundreds of codes relavent to radiation
shielding, transport, etc.  Take your pick: point kernal, discrete
ordinates, monte carlo, isotope ingrowth, and more.  The data structures
for input to some of the programs can be a little tricky, but they have
been developed by some reputable groups, they do a good job, and the price
is good.  (They used to be free; I understand there is a charge now.)
