Monitoring criteria

I understand why many companies would opt to badge all their employees for legal purposes.  I don't agree with it but I can understand why management would want to do so.  Using this same mindset, I would like to ask those that have such procedures if they bioassay all these same employees.  If not, could you please explain why?
