Refresher Training

Radsafers,
    I have a question for you all.  What type of refresher training does

your institution/company/facility do on an annual basis?  Example: At a
previous
employer we had initial radiation training followed by an eight hour
refresher
annually.  A test was included at the end of the refresher and a passing

score had to be attained to continue working with isotopes.
    Please reply privately so we don't clutter up the list.
