  As I wrote before, I can send you a copy of Health Physics, special issue 
on radiation hormesis  but this journal is copyrighted ,I don't know 
whether there is any possibility for getting the publisher's permission.
Please let me know. 
  Also you can study "Is radiation all bad? The search for adaptation"
by Prof. Sheldon Wolff (Radiation Research , 131, 117-123,1992).
this paper is the text of the 29th Failla Memorial lecture.
  In this paper you read:
