     I'm looking for information on how nuclear power plants address
     INPO91-014[rev 1] Chapter III C.2.c spiked dosimeter investigation 
     criterion (i.e., "consistent errors . . . greater than 15 percent 
     should be investigated . . .")?  
     
     Does your facility apply this criterion to individual spiked 
     dosimeters in a test category, to the sum of the absolute value of the 
     bias [P bar] plus the standard deviation [S] for a test category, or 
     both?
