Radsafers:
For patient specific organ doses and effective dose 
equivalents from a number of radiopharmaceuticals, 
including those used for PET, see ICRP 53 and an addendum 
published with ICRP 62.  Doses are given for ages 1, 5, 10, 
15, and adult, and (in some cases) for a variety of 
physiological/pathological states.  Doses are given in 
everyone's favorite units, mGy/MBq.
