Mururoa Conference, announcement

The International Atomic Energy Agency conducted a Study of the
Radiological Situation at the Atolls of Mururoa and Fangataufa in French
Polynesia, the former nuclear test site, following a request from the
Government of France. The report will be published soon and the findings
will be the topic of the "International Conference on the Radiological
Situation at the Atolls of Mururoa and Fangataufa" to be held in Vienna,
Austria 30 June to 3 July 1998.
