     The Monsanto Company shut down their Radioactive Industrial Source 
Manufacturing Facility in Mid July of 1984. I still have the letter of 
notification.
     The Sources were fabricated at Monsanto's Dayton Laboratory at 1515 
Nicholas Road, P.O. Box 8, Station B, Dayton, Ohio 45407.
