NRC's Temporary Enforcement Descretion -- 99Mo Generators

For those who may be interested, NRC issued a Notice of Temporary Enforcement
Discretion on 5/15/98 for the use of  99Mo Generators during the MDS-Nordion
reactor strike and shut down.

The NRC's Press Release, Notice of Temporary Enforcement Discretion, a letter to
the Agreement States about NRC's Notice and a link to "Special Bulletins" issued
by Nordion have been placed at the Office of State Programs website
(http://www/hsrd.ornl.gov/nrc/home.html).
