Many years ago, during my Ph.D. work we developed a whole range
personnel neutron dosimeter, based on CR-39.I suggest you
contact Dr. Yair Shamai, Dept of Radiation Safety, Soreq
Nuclear Research Center,Yavne, Israel. I don't know if our
detector is commercially available, but I can tell you that it
was capable of detecting doses from 200 keV till 15 MeV
neutron,with a minimum dose of around 10 mRem, as far as I
remember. I left the field of personnel dosimetry since my
Ph.D. work,but I'm sure you can get more specific information
from Dr.Shamai( I don't know his email)
