There is a clear discrepancy of this value (~ 0.9 Ci) with the back
calculation the LLNL ARAC group has made based on the air concentrations
that were reported from various filter stations (n ~ 70 - 80) in Southern
and middle Europe. ARAC estimate a 50 Ci release. This is according to
their June 26 preliminary report.
