Electric Fields

For those of you not familiar with the process used by NIH to review the
studies on electric and magnetic fields, it was a modification of the
process used by the International Agency for Reearch on Cancer (IARC) to
assess the carcinogenicity of any agent.  There are specific definitions
for each of the categories you list, and the process has been applied
hundreds of times in a relatively consistent manner.
