Comments addressed to any of the three persons will be appropriated considered by EPA. Mr Weinstock is director of the Office developing FG13, Mr. Boyd is currently staffing the effort, and Mr Richardson, recently retired, had been responsible. All comments addressed to Mr Richardson or Mr Weinstock are being forwarded to Mr. Boyd.
