Julian,

I believe you have the moral wrong, try: when doing anything, look ahead half a
century, guess what the standards will be at that time, and comply with those
standards.

Do you suppose the country will see the day when Vanderbilt can be hit with a
class action suit for the damage done by the settlement and apology?
