Re: Bananas (K-40)
Why do we select bananas as our K-40 example? Most food (except sugar and
salt) has from about 1/3 to twice the concentration of K-40 as bananas.
Meats have about the same K-40 as bananas; nuts and beans have more K-40
than bananas.
