Debby Steva indicated she had shelved her Ludlum Model 17.  I would gladly take 
it off your hands....

I use these units and find no issue with a short warm-up period.  If you follow 
the operating/maintenance instructions your humidity issues will go away (you 
need to set a schedule for desiccant replacement).

As for Atlantic Nuclear...  There No. 1 in my book.  I have used their services 
for over 17 years.
