I'm not sure if it is still available. It dates back to the mid-1970's.
I have both a 3/4" and 1/2" VHS format and would be willing to copy it for
you if you send a blank tape (it's a gov't financed film and was not
copyrighted). Equipment shown in the film is out of date, but likely to
still be found in some academic settings. The best parts of the film are
the narratives by workers and the visuals of burns. The visuals showing
whole hand damage is from a radiography accident and not from analytical
x-rays.
