RE: DU Licensing Requirements
Ralph,
You may possess up to 15 pounds (~ 6.8 kgs) of DU under a "general
license" per 10CFR part 40.22 (a), however see 40.22 (b) relative to the
exemptions from parts 19,20, and 21 if you possess a specific license.
When in doubt always contact you friendly cognizant regulatory agency
licensing specialist.
