Many of us had been there, done that. As a downsizing victim 
myself (THANK GOD!!!!!!!), I understand your resentment. However, 
blaming the demise of a specific plant, specific company or 
industry, based on a few "bad apples" and calling all actions 
initiated in reaction to these "few" and labelling "all" staff (by 
association) as incompetent, is a stretch.
