Contamination Resuspension Factors

Radsafers:

Robert A. Jones asked:
Why is the unit for suspension/re-suspension in units of m^-1?

Brief answer:
Multiplying a surface contamination level in (e.g) uCi/m^2 or Bq/m^2 by a resuspension factor in m^-1 gives an airborne concentration in units of uCi/m^3 or Bq/m^3, respectively.
