Emergency Response Guide Books - Old Versions

Hi All:

Just wondering if any RADSAFERs would happen to have copies of the 
old versions of what is now the North American Emergency Response 
Guide - 1996.

Specifically looking for versions 1-3.  Probably known as DOT P 
5800.3; DOT P5800.2 and DOT P 5800.1.  Possibly earlier drafts - 
these publications would go back to 1978 (?).

If anyone has these older versions and would be willing to part with 
one please contact me online but off Radsafe directly.
