A few years ago I received a reply from someone who was an HP(RSO?) working
for the Navy in their procurement department. He gave me some good data on
some other artifact. He may still be monitoring RADSAFE but if not try
contacting someone in Navy logistics. I don't have any numbers for them
but try the web. If all els fails send me an e-mailand I will send you
some numbers for the nuclear end of the Navy which, curiously, is not
reponsible to this sort of issue.
