Radsafers,
A close friend has recently had a lumpectomy followed by
chemotherapy. Her doctors want to finish her treatment with
radiation for a few weeks. She is reluctant. I am going to speak to
her about why they want to follow with radiation treatment (theory,
radiation biology, benefits, etc.) Before I speak with her, can
anyone tell me "normal" absorbed doses for this type of
treatment? Is there a "normal" range for these treatments or is
there a large variation?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. My personal e-mail address is
in my signature.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Patrick
