Re: Anonymous letters

Whether or not you receive unwanted mailings is not dependent on
your address being listed on Radsafe or not. It is very easy to
obtain one's home mailing address and phone number on-line in
the internet. If a company has a listing for individual's E-Mail,
mailing address and phone, then that is another avenue.

There is unfortunately little that can be done to restrict unwanted
mail, either electronically (except for on-line filters), or using the US
Postal Services, unless you can prove who sent the materials.

I personally like being able to find a person's phone number, HPS
Membership (which also includes some mailing address, e-mail),
on-line company listing etc., but, this does open up one to abuse
via these mechanisms.
