Breathing Zone Air Samples

Has anyone out there done a lot of work with BZA? If you have, I 'd like to
hear from you.
I will be conducting training on methods and techniques of obtaining BZA.
Any information on resources, such  as Reg Guides, technical papers good
industry practices would be appreciated. 
I hope I haven't been too vague.
