RADON TESTING

 	I would like to do some simple Radon testing.  I would like to know if 
a simple particulate air sample could be pulled and counted on a frisker or 
geli. Is there anyway to correlate the results into useful information.  I 
would pull a sample outside the home for background purposes.  I would
assume 
all activity to be from Radon and it's daughters.   
 
Two questions: 
 
1)	How do I turn cpm or dpm into useful relevant information. 
2)	What are the EPA guidelines and units for homes in Michigan. 
 
	I have no internet access to look up this information.  Any help would 
be appreciated.  I know I could buy a simple Radon test kit but, I would not 
learn anything from that.  Send responses to me directly unless you think 
others could benefit from the answers.
