Washing Post piece on NPP-DOE fuel transfer

Sunday's Washington Post featured a front page article on adverse court
decisions regarding DOE's failure to accept spent fuel from NPPs that presents
a reasonably balanced tone on the issue -- although it contains the standard
responses from the
"anti" organizations on the assertedly catastrophic accident possibilities of
transferring SNF.
