RADSAFE HEALTH PHYSICS TECH;S SALARY SURVEY

	I am doing a survey for Health Physics Technician's salaries in order
to compare with other HP Techs in the nation.  All reported hourly rates
should be converted to annual salaries using 2080 hours per year.
Categories should include DOE, NON-DOE FACILITIES, INDUSTRIAL OR
CONTRACT, and anywhere where HP Techs work.
