James,     you and I can probably agree to disagree on this....

What I would find unethical would be to allow a suspected
balloon-ingesting drug smuggler a free pass into our country to add
to the existing drug problems.  Wouldn't the dose from the
abdominal x-ray pale in comparison to the potential health effects
(e.g., deaths) from the heroin (or other) doses the person may be
carrying in their GIT?

Would an abdominal x-ray violate the Hippocratic oath in this
instance? (Hypothetical question)
