There are, in fact, measurable levels of Cs-137 in the soils of the
Southeastern US that show up in both the flora and fauna of that
region - principally due to atmospheric weapons testing in the past.  
As to what the actual levels are in South Florida, I do not know.

There have been previous RADSAFE threads regarding Cs-137 in
deer (et al) populations within this region.  You might be able to
track some references to soil concentrations through those
discussions.

Sorry, 'not much help here... but the answer is not 0 Ci/km^2.
