RE: Texas board votes down border nuclear dump - details-Reply

Glenn,

Are you willing to fund the difference in disposal costs between
Texas and Barnwell?

Why should SC have to accept LLRW from the 49 other states? If
they're the only game in town, what's to keep them (the SC
lawmakers) from jacking the rates through the roof?

Are you planning to somehow persuade the SC legislature that
Barnwell should stay open indefinitely?

I don't think that, at this point, Texas is willing to pin its rad waste
disposal hopes on the long-term operation of Barnwell.

This is not to say that the Barnwell folks are not doing a fine job, if
not for the meddling and greediness of the SC politicians.

Good to hear from you again, Glenn. I was starting to miss you!
