... a very small amount is invisible to the unaided eye but shows up
very nicely with a black light.  Los Alamos uses this as part of their
glove box training and we are in the process of incorporating it into
ours.  As Sam pointed out, most phosphate-containing material
should work, but this stuff is a very fine powder that works quite well
for our purposes.
