I have had several responses to the old survey instruments. I am putting everyone on a first come first take basis. I will be contacting individuals as instruments are spoken for. Thanks for all of the responses. Several people have had trouble opening the survey instrument list in excel. I have made a new list in word. I hope this one works better.
