Look at pages 6 through 8 in NCRP 124. They have a discussion of nuclear
medicine radionuclide use through the early 90s, with a distribution in
Table 2.2 of the most common nuclear medicine procedures and typical
administered activities. You should be able to glean your activity
information from this.
