Septum Filter Replacement

Does anyone out there have information on RWCU filter septum replacement, 3
vessels, new Puralators being installed.
Old ones approx. 15 years old, vessels never opened before and have been dry
for 2 years.  
Any dose rates, ideas, work plans, RWP's or ALARA Plans accepted
