Report to the Administrative Aide.

Communication and coordination of all aspects of the dosimetry and
radiation safety training program with the Director, the vendors and 
CPMC personnel and departments using telephone, mailings, fax, internet 
and e-mail.  Schedule, prepare materials and maintain records of radiation 
safety training for CPMC personnel.  Initiate, maintain and terminate 
personnel and departmental dosimetry accounts using standard paper and 
on-line computer files and records.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide clerical support to the Radiation Safety Office.  Maintain
general office records and files.  Operate photocopying and fax
machine.  Answer telephones and take messages.  Distribute and pick-up
mail.  Assist in Secretarial Duties and other related duties as
assigned.

Assist in coordination of research lab audit inspections.  Handle the
receiving and signing of packages.  Call for pick-up and distribute
packages containing radioactive materials.  Requires data entry skills
to download, update and organize files, enter and delete data and some 
word-processing skills to prepare reports, notices, communications and 
training materials.
