You can visit his website dedicated to EOD and UXO activities at
http://fragweb.com.  The going rate used to be very similar to HP techs.
Hourly rates ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour plus per diem, however
the community is currently engaged in unionizing and I'm not sure what
effect it will have on the hourly rate.  Its been 6 years since I lasted
worked as a UXO Specialist.
